(Re)claiming our space in the music industry

This workshop is more of a round table than a "how to". We all know the drill; there's no reason women - or actually, more generally speaking, anyone but white cishet men - shouldn't or couldn't work in the live music industry in a technical, managerial, or artistic capacity; yet here we are, on the wrong side of the glass wall. How can we (re)gain access to, (re)claim what was always ours as well? There's a time to spit harsh words at how unfair it is, observe why and how things ended up the way they are, and how we can - through our own individual action, AND through community efforts - change the status quo for good.
